Your test data is yours, and it only exists on your device. Any video recording you make in SimpleUX is stored on your local device, which means it’s yours to keep, delete, share and keep safe. We nave no access to the detailsa bout your planned tests or associated recordings.
If you delete your SimpleUX account, your username disappears from our database and from your local device.
if you delete your account, all your recordings will be deleted off of your local device. If you wish to keep your recordings, you must download them before deleting your account.
